Reservations can be made up to six months prior to arrival. Last minute reservations also are welcome.

1. Complete a Rental Application
2. Charge a Booking Deposit to confirm your dates

Once we receive your Application, you will receive your Rental Agreement and instructions on charging your $500 Booking Deposit. Once this Deposit is made, your dates will be confirmed, and your Deposit becomes your refundable Security Deposit. (note: our cancellation policy)
We have serveral payment options which you choose when submitting our online Rental Application.
1. Cashier’s Check or Money Order (sent to us via snail mail)
2. eCheck (via paypal)
3. Credit Card used via PayPal (3% convenience fee will be included)
3. Receive Confirmation of your Reserved Dates and your Rental Agreement
Once your Booking Deposit has been received via PayPal, your dates will be confirmed.
You will be sent a Reservation Agreement to sign and return prior to arrival.
Please keep in mind during busy seasons (holidays, summer and winter), several inquiries are received daily. Whoever pays the Booking Deposit first will confirm the dates first.
4. Sign and Return Rental Agreement
Step 5: Sign your Rental Agreement and return via email or snail mail. (See full instructions.)
Once your Booking Deposit confirms your dates, you will then receive a Rental Agreement to be signed and returned prior to arrival, either via email or snail mail. If your reservation is last minute, you will be instructed to print the Agreement and leave on the kitchen counter.
