Cancellations, Refunds and Changes

In the event your reservation needs to be cancelled at any given time, your Deposit/Rental Payment will be refunded, less $100 cancellation fee, only when another reservation is booked during the same dates.

Once your Booking Deposit has been made, it then becomes your Security Deposit and will be refunded according to departure list completion and no evidence of damage or loss.

For ANY changes to your reservation, such as adding additional people or another day, contact the Booking Agent.

Check In/Out

Check In:  After 4:00 PM    

Check Out:  Before 10:00 AM

Late Departures will result in a $30/half hour deduction from your Security Deposit without prior approval.

Pets

Having a pet on the premises any time during your stay will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Several reputable nearby kennels can be recommended.

Smoking

 Smoking inside the premises any time during your stay will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Security Deposit

Once your nonrefundable Booking Deposit is made via PayPal, this then becomes your Security Deposit, which will be refunded once the Departure List is completed and depending on damage or lost items.

Any damage to Alpine Chalet or to Ptarmigan Village or loss of items will be documented and subtracted from your Security Deposit. 

You will forfiet your deposit by smoking or having pets on the premises (see the above Policies).
