ATTENTION: There are two different rates, depending on how many are in your group and how many beds are used:
1) Lower rate for using one, two, or three beds [up to six guests],
2) Higher rate for using four, five, or all six beds [up to 11 guests].
Attention:
If you can find another four bedroom vacation rental home with similar amenities for less, we will gladly match their price. Please let us know.
In addition:
CLEANING FEE: $80 for using up to three beds, $135 for using up to six beds
