Instructions

Before contacting the Booking Agent, please follow these steps:

1) Check/Calendar|to see if your preferred dates are available, 

2) View the Video for a complete walk through of the house and surrounding area.

3) To entice you even more, glance at the many amenities included with this rental lodging.

4) View the Rates, depending on season - Winter, Summer, Off-Season, Holidays.   Also, be sure to check out any current Specials.

5) Fill out the Reservation Form, which begins the reservation process.  Once received, you will be sent a Rental Agreement and instructions for making your Booking Deposit.

6) To reserve your dates, charge the nonrefundable Booking Deposit via instructions sent by PayPal.

7) Sign and return your Rental Agreement via pdf email or snail mail, along with your first payment.

8) Make your rental payments according to the Rental Agreement deadlines.

9) Get excited for an incredible vacation experience!
