BOOKING DEPOSIT:  To confirm the reservation, a nonrefundable booking deposit of $500 charged to PayPal, plus completion of a Rental Application.

NEXT:  A Rental Agreement will be sent to you with all payment information.

RENTAL DEPOSIT/BALANCE in US$:  50% of the total reservation is due via mail or bank transfer within one week of booking, and remaining balance is due 30 days via mail prior to reservation.  ** If payments are not received on time, they will then be charged with an additional 4% Charge Fee.

CANCELLATION: Refunds will be issued, less a $75 handling fee, should another rental take place during the same dates of cancellation. Cleaning Fee will be fully refunded.
